If you love, gives <strong>carrots<\/strong>.<br \/>\nAnd <strong>almonds<\/strong> with infinite benefits &#8211; to put you at peace with the world.<br \/>\nAnd <strong>oranges<\/strong>, as powerful as the winter\u2019s sun &#8211; a burst of optimism, that is the scent of life.<\/p>\n<p>If you love, use your hands with your heart. If you love, bake this <strong>carrot cake with orange &amp; almonds<\/strong>.<br \/>\nAs in <em>No Strings Attached<\/em>&#8230; I&#8217;m talking about the scene when Ashton Kutcher gave to Natalie Portman a bunch of carrots, she didn\u2019t want flowers. But I&#8217;m sure that <strong>come back to love<\/strong>, as in a plot of a film as in the real life, <strong>is always the best choice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>CARROT CAKE WITH ORANGE AND ALMONDS\u00a0\u2013 THE RECIPE<\/h4>\n<div class=\"sc-separator type-thin\"><\/div>\n<h5>INGREDIENTS (serves 8)<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>300 gr of carrots<\/li>\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n<li>80 ml of extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>100 gr of fresh orange juice<\/li>\n<li>The zest of one organic orange<\/li>\n<li>180 gr of sugar<\/li>\n<li>100 gr of almonds (peeled or not is the same)<\/li>\n<li>250 gr of all purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>20 gr of rice flour<\/li>\n<li>16 gr of baking powder<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>A teaspoon of butter to grease the baking pan<\/li>\n<li>Powdered sugar and slivered almonds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>While you\u2019re tasting, listen:<\/strong> <em>Junge Junge &#8211; Run Run Run ft. Mince again to melt together all the ingredients, you&#8217;ll see that the texture will become almost creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Now put the carrots mixture in the eggs one and whisk again for a while.<\/li>\n<li>Add also the almond flour, mix and, subsequently, add the rice flour, all purpose flour and baking powder.<\/li>\n<li>When the dough is become smooth, line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper and grease the edges with butter.
