Saut\u00e9 in a frying pan with a little oil until golden brown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cut the bacon into strips and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stew<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in a lightly greased hot pan;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once cooked, blend the &#8220;soup&#8221; of potatoes and chestnuts until it becomes a smooth cream and, at your leisure, also add the cream and Parmesan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plate<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by pouring some soup, the crumble and bacon.
