Add to this the facts that they\u00a0<\/span>have a heavenly perfume and they\u2019re so simple to make that you have to trust me and try them for your break moments. And with them, tea with friends will be even more special.\u00a0<strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They are a kind of &#8220;ugly but good&#8221;, a strange mix that produces a strange pastry&#8230; Not the usual cookie, here. Freshly baked, let it cool a few minutes, it is at its best: crisp outside and soft inside, a bit &#8216;like the Prince Charming we would like. And if he\u2019s slow in coming, this cookie is a valid substitute, a comfort food that does not make you feel guilty&#8230; After all there are a lot of pears and goji berries in there, they make us so well that would be a shame not feeling the emotion!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INGREDIENTS (for approximately thirty biscuits)<\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 pears<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">300 gr. flour 00<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150 gr. of sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">180 gr. of butter <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 egg<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon baking powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">80 gr. of goji berries<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">90 gr. of corn flakes (I used the Kellogg&#8217;s Nice Morning)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 pinch of ground cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 pinch of salt<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Matching soundtrack:<\/strong> <em>Yes Sir, I Can Boogie by Baccara<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Difficulty:<\/strong> <em>Supereasy &amp; superfast<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/test.theeatculture.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/cookies_4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11823\" src=\"http:\/\/test.theeatculture.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/cookies_4.jpg\" alt=\"cookies_4\" width=\"850\" height=\"718\" srcset=\"http:\/\/test.theeatculture.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/cookies_4.jpg 850w, http:\/\/test.theeatculture.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/cookies_4-300x253.jpg 300w, http:\/\/test.theeatculture.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/cookies_4-330x278.jpg 330w, http:\/\/test.theeatculture.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/cookies_4-690x582.jpg 690w, http:\/\/test.theeatculture.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/cookies_4-686x580.jpg 686w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PROCESS<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First step &#8211; Peel the pears and remove the core, then cut the fruits into small cubes. Put the little pieces in a pan with a tablespoon of sugar, cook over medium heat for a few minutes. When pears are ready remove from heat and set them aside. Preheat oven to 180\u00b0.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Second step &#8211; We have to prepare the mixture. In a bowl, mix together butter and sugar until they become soft and creamy. Then add the egg and work a little more to homogenize everything.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Third step &#8211; In another bowl combine the dry ingredients together: flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Finally add the pears to the mixed powder, take care that the pears are coated well by the flour (so when the biscuits will be in the oven, the fruits will not fall in the bottom of the dough).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last step &#8211; Combine the mixture to butter with dry ingredients, mix well and finally add the goji berries and cornflakes.\u00a0<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shape the cookies helping with a spoon and place them at a distance of a few cm from one another on a baking sheet covered with waxed paper.
